Distance Healing
Distance healing, also known as remote healing, is based on the understanding that energy is not limited by physical distance. Because energy is connected, healing work can be done whether someone is nearby or across the world.

What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing works by helping the body return to a more balanced and relaxed state. When the body becomes more relaxed and balanced, it is able to shift into a deeper state of restore and repair.
Our thoughts, emotions, stress levels, environment, and daily life experiences can all influence our energy. Energy healing helps clear, rebalance, and restore the energetic system so the body can function more efficiently.
During a healing session, many people experience sensations such as warmth, waves of energy, relief from physical or emotional pain, deep relaxation, peacefulness or feeling lighter afterward.
