How to Use This Tracker on Your Phone
You can track your self-care digitally right from your phone's photo gallery by either typing with your keyboard or handwriting with your finger or a stylus.
For iPhone Users
- Open the tracker image in your Photos app.
- Tap Edit in the top right corner.
- Tap the Markup icon (the marker pen tip).
- To Type: Tap the + button, select Add Text, type your self-care practice, and drag the text box onto the line.
- To Handwrite: Select the pen tool and use your finger or a stylus to write your practices directly on the lines.
- To Track: Use that same pen tool to check off or fill in your daily circles.
- Tap Done to save your weekly progress.
- To Erase/Reset: Tap Edit, then tap Revert to make the image completely blank again for a new week.
For Android Users
- Open the tracker image in your Gallery or Google Photos app.
- Tap the Edit icon (the pencil shape).
- To Type: Tap the Text(T) tool, type your practice, and drag the text box onto the line.
- To Handwrite: Tap the Markup or Decorations tool (the pen icon}, select a brush, and use your finger or a stylus to write on the lines.
- To Track: Use the pen tool to check off or fill in your daily tracking circles.
- To Erase/Reset: Tap Edit, then tap Revert to Original (or use the eraser tool) to clear it for the next week.
